Porfidio “The Original” is a distinctive Extra Añejo agave spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco. Made through a precise small-batch process, it uses cold-pressed agave juice, cold fermentation, and double distillation in a hybrid copper pot still.

Aged for 5 years in virgin Pennsylvania oak barrels, this single-barrel expression develops a refined balance of cooked agave, toasted oak, vanilla, soft spice, and dried fruit. Its full production timeline — 15 years in the making — reflects the long-term patience behind the bottle, from agave growth through maturation.

The spirit is non-chill-filtered, naturally colored with no caramel adjustment, and bottled single-vintage to preserve its authentic barrel character.
